Terms of Service

By accessing or using Next Grow ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These terms apply to all users including users, influencers, and administrators.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account • You must not share your account with others • One person may only hold one account per role • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

As a user, you agree to: • Complete campaign tasks honestly and as described • Not use bots, fake accounts, or purchased engagement • Submit genuine proof of task completion • Maintain the required social media presence (e.g., keeping posts live for the specified duration) • Complete KYC verification before requesting withdrawals • Provide accurate payment information for receiving payouts

As an influencer/campaign creator, you agree to: • Create campaigns with clear, accurate descriptions and fair task requirements • Fund campaigns adequately before publishing • Review and respond to user submissions in a timely manner • Not exploit or unfairly reject legitimate submissions • Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing regulations • Respect intellectual property rights

• Users earn rewards upon successful completion and approval of campaign tasks • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200 • Payments are processed via UPI or bank transfer • Processing times: UPI (few hours), Bank transfer (2-3 business days) • Next Grow charges a platform fee on transactions • We reserve the right to hold or reverse payments in cases of fraud • KYC verification is mandatory for all withdrawals

You must not: • Use the platform for illegal activities • Create fake accounts or impersonate others • Use bots, scripts, or automation tools • Attempt to manipulate or game the system • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Upload malicious content or spam • Circumvent security measures • Scrape or data-mine the platform

• You retain ownership of content you create for campaigns • By posting on the platform, you grant Next Grow a non-exclusive license to display your submissions • The Next Grow brand, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

Next Grow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: • Loss of earnings due to campaign rejections • Third-party payment processing delays • Social media platform changes that affect campaign completion • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to or by you in the preceding 12 months.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including: • Violation of these Terms • Fraudulent activity • Extended account inactivity • Request by law enforcement Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Pending legitimate earnings will be paid out as per our refund policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
