Refund Policy

1. Overview

Next Grow is committed to fair and transparent financial dealings. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued to users and influencers using our platform.

2. User Earnings & Withdrawals

• Once a task submission is approved by the campaign creator, the earnings are credited to your Next Grow wallet • Approved earnings are non-reversible unless fraud is detected • Withdrawal requests are processed within 2-3 business days (bank transfer) or a few hours (UPI) • If a withdrawal fails due to incorrect payment details, the amount will be returned to your wallet within 5-7 business days • Minimum withdrawal amount is ₹200

3. Campaign Creator (Influencer) Refunds

Campaign creators may be eligible for refunds in the following cases: • Unused Campaign Budget: If a campaign is cancelled before any submissions are approved, the remaining unspent budget will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days • Partial Refund: If a campaign is paused or cancelled with some approved submissions, only the unspent portion will be refunded • Platform Issues: If a technical error results in incorrect charges, we will investigate and issue a full refund within 5-7 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: • Payments already disbursed to users for approved tasks • Platform fees on completed transactions • Earnings from tasks that were later found to violate our terms (these will be forfeited) • Account verification or premium feature fees (if any)

5. Dispute Resolution

If you believe a refund is warranted but has not been processed: 1. Contact our support team at support@nextgrow.com with your transaction details 2. Our team will investigate within 48 hours 3. You will receive a resolution via email within 5 business days 4. If unsatisfied, you may escalate to our grievance officer at grievance@nextgrow.com

6. Fraud Prevention

• Next Grow reserves the right to withhold payments or reverse transactions if fraudulent activity is detected • This includes but is not limited to: fake engagement, bot activity, multiple accounts, and identity fraud • Users found engaging in fraud will have their accounts permanently banned and forfeiture of all pending earnings

7. Processing Times

• UPI Refunds: 1-3 business days • Bank Transfer Refunds: 5-7 business days • Wallet Credit: Instant to 24 hours • Campaign Budget Refund: 7-10 business days
